Driving product accessibility through design system components

I led design and usability improvements for Workbench, Gusto's design system, reducing accessibility barriers across Gusto products and services. Components were redesigned to conform to WCAG standards and provide a more intuitive experience for people using assistive technology.

Creating guided experiences to navigate complex, tax-related tasks

State Tax Setup is historically one of the most important and complicated problems at Gusto. In addition to co-creating a vision for an end-to-end journey, I designed an in-app task system to help customers navigate complex tax-related issues.
